Community Involvement
LCA is an active member of several national organizations focused on the issues and trends in electronic monitoring, public safety, substance abuse and behavioral change. Our president, Linda Connelly, is an authoritative resource to the criminal justice community who routinely provides information and testifies at legislative hearings on effective community-based programs. As part of her commitment to the community, Linda serves as a board member of the ICCA (International Community Corrections Association), and a committee member of:
- State of California Gender Responsive Strategies Commission
- San Francisco Re-entry Council
- Solano County Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council.
